Cutting Practice 2024

Every Year, we practice our form by cutting milk jugs, pop bottles, and similar plastic containers filled with water. Milk jugs present a unique challenge; if your edge alignment and form is off, you will not have a clean cut and may fail to cut the target altogether. Don’t worry, we’ll help out if you’re have having trouble. If you have some empty jugs, bring them along and we’ll fill them with water and cut them apart. Fee for entry is $20. Friends and family are all welcome!

Weapons are provided and we will provide instructions on how to use them safely. If you have your own sharp swords, bring them along and we will let you know if they are safe to use. This is the perfect time to put them to use.
